Abstract
Bu makalede Türk grafik tasarım sanatında yer alan Prof. Halis Biçer’ in hayatı, sanatsal düşünceleri, resim çalışmaları ve fotoğraf çekimleri ile ilgili sanat eserleri ele alınmıştır. Sanatçı, Türk grafik sanatı eğitimi ve tarihi açısından gelişim sürecinde kendini göstermiştir. Bu nedenle sanatındaki incelikleri gelecekteki nesillere iletirken, resim ve fotoğraf çalışmalarındaki konuları aktarmadaki katkıları ele alınmıştır. Türk grafik sanatının sanatsal gelişmeleri ve değişimlerin yanı sıra, kendine özgü anlatımıyla değişik bir bakış açısı sunmuştur. Prof. Halis Biçer’ in fikirlerinin, resim çalışmalarının, fotoğraf çekimleriyle Türk grafik sanatı eğitimine katkıları ve etkileri araştırılarak, sonuçları ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Sanatçı hakkında yapılan literatür taramasının yanında, kendisiyle röportaj yapılarak Türk grafik tasarım sanatını etkileyen süreçler konuşularak resim çalışmaları ve fotoğraf çekimleri incelenmiştir. Sadece grafik, kaligrafi sanatçısı değil, bunun yanında suluboya, yağlıboya, oyma-baskı ve fotoğraf gibi bütün sanat eğitimi üzerine her türlü eğitimi almış bir kişidir. Nitel bir araştırma sonucunda yapılan sanatları hakkındaki görüş ve düşünceleri anlatılmıştır. Sanatçının kendine has sanatındaki özgün düşünceleriyle daha iyi anlaşılmasına sebep olan sanatsal ifade biçimlerindeki renk tonları, perspektif ve kompozisyon bütünlüğündeki dengeyi görsellik açıdan resim ve fotoğraflarında kullanan bir sanatçı olmuştur.

Abstract
In this article, Professor of Turkish graphic design art. Art works related to Halis Biçer's life, artistic thoughts, painting works and photographing have been discussed. The artist showed himself in the development process in terms of Turkish graphic art education and history. For this reason, while conveying the subtleties in his art to future generations, his contributions in transferring the subjects in painting and photography are discussed. In addition to the artistic developments and changes of Turkish graphic art, he offered a different perspective with his unique expression. Professor The contributions and effects of Halis Biçer's ideas, painting studies, photo shoots to Turkish graphic art education were investigated and the results were tried to be revealed. In addition to the literature review made about the artist, by interviewing him, the processes affecting the Turkish graphic design art were discussed, and his paintings and photo shoots were examined. He is not only a graphic, calligraphic artist, but also a person who has received all kinds of education on all art education such as watercolor, oil painting, carving-printing and photography. The opinions and thoughts about his arts, which were made as a result of a qualitative research, were explained. He has been an artist who uses the balance of perspective and composition integrity in his paintings and photographs in terms of artistic expression, which causes the artist to be better understood with his unique thoughts in his unique art.
