Abstract
Günümüz iklim değişikliklerinin yoğun olarak yaşandığı ve sonuçlarının tüm canlılar ve ekosistem üzerinde sonuçlarının görüldüğü dönemdir. İklim değişikliğine yönelik küresel politikaların da beklenen sonuçları kısa sürede vermesi ve iklim değişikliğinin olumsuz sonuçlarının kontrol altına alınması oldukça zor görünmektedir. İklim değişikliğinde yaşanan çekişme ise, süper güçlere sahip ülkelerin çeşitli teknolojiler ile rakip ülke veya hedeflere doğal afetler çıkararak zarar vermeleridir. Bu kapsamda; yağış rejimleri, kuraklık, sel, yangın, deprem gibi birçok doğal etkeni kullanabilmektedirler. Ayrıca, GDO'lu tohum kullanımı, aşırı gübre ve zirai ilaçların kullanımı ile kötüye giden toprakların verimliliği sorununu da bu kapsamda dikkate almak gereklidir. Oysa, günümüzde hala birçok insanın sağlıklı suya erişimleri yokken, depremler ve tsunamilerle hayatları altüst olurken, süper güçlerin iklim oyunları en çok ta bu kırılganlığa sahip ülkeleri etkilemektedir. Bunun sonucu olarak iklim mülteciliği kavramı insanlığın en dramatik konularından birisi ortaya çıkamaya başlayacaktır. Bu çalışma; iklim değişikliği olgusunu iklim savaşları çerçevesinden inceleyecektir. İklim değişikliği kavramını, sadece buzulların erimesi olarak değil de, değişen ve değiştirilen insan yaşamlarını, doğal dengeyi ve kapitalizmin acımasız yüzünü de ortaya koymaya çalışacaktır. İklim değişikliği doğanın doğal bir döngüsü müdür, yoksa doğal olmayan süreçler bu değişlikte rolünün olup olmadığını ortaya koymaya çalışacaktır.

Today's climate change is experienced intensively and results are seen on all living things and ecosystems. Global policies for climate change also seem to give the expected results in a short time and the negative consequences of climate change are very difficult to control. The contention over climate change is that countries with super-powers are harmed by causing natural disasters to rival countries or destinations with various technologies. In this context, they can use many natural factors such as rainfall regimes, drought, flood, fire and earthquake. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the problem of seed use, excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides, and the productivity of soils that are deteriorating. However, while many people still have no access to healthy water, their lives are disrupted by earthquakes and tsunamis, the climate games of superpower affect the countries that are most vulnerable. As a result, the concept of climate refugee will begin to emerge as one of the most dramatic issues of humanity. This study will examine the phenomenon of climate change from the framework of climate wars. It will try to expose the concept of climate change not only as the melting of glaciers, but also as changing and changing human lives, the natural balance and the brutal face of capitalism. Is climate change a natural cycle of nature, otherwise unnatural processes will try to determine whether they have a role in this change.
