Abstract
ثقافة الرسوم الجنائزية حالة فردية مميزة في تاريخ الفن. نالت اهتماماً خاصاً من حيث بنيتها الفكرية للموضوع الديني وتقنية الرسم. و لكثرتها في العهد الروماني حتى القرن الرابع للميلاد في مصر شكلت مدرسة فنية مميزة في الأسلوب والفكرة والتقنية. هذه الدراسة اهتمت برسوم المومياءات المصرية من الجانب الديني، الذي يحقق في موضوعية الصورة وحقيقة كيانها وصلتها بالمعتقد الروحي، وهذا الجانب يؤكد على عمومية المعتقد وصلته بالواقع الاجتماعي في ذلك العهد، فضلا عن دراسة أصل المعتقد في الديانة المصرية القديمة وأسلوب نسخ الفكرة وتطورها في جدلية الفكر الديني القديم. وشيوع هذه الفكرة في الفن المصري يوضح لنا أهمية انتشار هذه الرسوم في المدن المصرية. فقد تكونت من مزيج بين ثقافات الفن المصري القديم والروماني في بداية العهد الميلادي. وتقدم هذه الدراسة تحليلا للبنية الدينة لهذه الرسوم من حيث طبيعة المعتقد.

Abstract
This study focused on the Art of Coptic portraits which received a special attention because of its intellectual structure that combined the religious subject and the technique of making. This art formed a distinctive technical school in style, idea and technique in the Egyptian Art and made the culture of funerary paintings a unique individual case in the History of Art. This study emphasized the generality of belief and its relation to the social reality of that era, linked to the methods of representing spiritual concepts and developing the dialectics of beliefs. This conception in Egyptian art shows the significance of Coptic portraits in the Egyptian cities. It was a mixture of ancient Egyptian and Roman art cultures at the beginning of the Gregorian era. This study presented an analysis of the spiritual structure of these artworks in terms of the nature of belief.
