Abstract
Organizational ecology theory is the expression of a mechanism that organizations have disappeared/have died or were win nown out/were selected as force as their reactions depending on changing environment and competition conditions. In this study, respectively; meaning, basic problematic and process of organizational ecology theory; organizational demography; analysis levels and analysis units of organizational ecology theory; theories developed according to organizational ecology theory have been clarified. The study was completed with evaluation, result, criticism and suggestions for theory.
