Abstract
Devlet Opera ve Bale kurumlarında görev yapan korrepetitörler/eşlikçiler, gerek korropetisyon için gelen şancıları çalıştırma gerek orkestraya ve koroya eşlik gerekse bale egzersizlerine yaptıkları eşlikler ile adeta bir orkestra görevi görerek çalıştıkları kurumlarda önemli yükümlülüklere sahip müzisyenlerdir. Bu araştırma, Devlet Opera ve Bale kurumlarında görev yapan korrepetitörlerin/eşlikçilerin tükenmişlik durumlarını ortaya koyma amacı taşımaktadır. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma paradigmasına uygun nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Samsun Devlet Opera ve Bale kurumunda çalışan piyanistlere uygulanan yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Alan yazın taraması ve piyanistlerin görüşlerinden elde edilen bulgular sonucunda korrepetitörlerin/eşlikçilerin prova işleyiş biçimlerinden memnun olmamalarına rağmen işlerini bırakmak istemedikleri, çalışma şartlarının olumsuzluğundan ve mesleklerinin yoğun ve yorucu çalışma temposu gerektirmesinden dolayı duyarsızlaşma yaşadıkları, çalışma arkadaşları ile uyum içinde oldukları, ancak, işle ilgili yaşanan problemlerden dolayı kendilerini baskı altında hissettikleri sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract
Correpetitors/Accompanists working in State Opera and Ballet institutions are important musicians who have significant obligations acting as an orchestra in the institutions both they run singers accompaniment, accompaniment to orchestra, chorus and ballet exercises. This research is aimed to reveal the burnout status of the corprepetitors/accompanist working the State Opera and Ballet institutions. In the study, interview technique was used from the qualitative research methods appropriate to the qualitative research paradigm. The data of the research were collected by a structured interview technique applied to the pianists working in Samsun State Opera and Ballet Institution. As a rusult of literature and findings from the pianists’ opinions, it was found that, although correpetitors/accompanists are not satisfied from the way of the rehearsals they don’t want to leave their professions, because of the negative working conditions and the necessity of the profession of intensive and exhausting work have desentize, they are in harmony with their colleagues ,but, they feel themselves under pressure because of the problems releated to work.
