Abstract
Festivaller turizmin etkinliklerinin çeşitlendirilmesi ve sürdürülebilir bir turizm hareketliliğinin sağlanmasında önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Etkinlik turizmi kapsamında değerlendirilen festivallerin pek çok çeşidi bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan birisi de gastronomi festivalleridir. Adana’da bu yıl ilk kez düzenlenen Adana Lezzet Festivali hem Adana’nın yöresel lezzetlerinin sergilendiği hem de çeşitli gastronomik etkinliklerin düzenlendiği bir festival olmuştur. Bu bağlamda yapılan çalışmanın amacı festival katılımcılarının Adana Lezzet Festivali algılarını ölçmektir. Çalışma kapsamında 399 katılımcının festival algılarını ölçen bir anket formu uygulanmıştır. Yapılan istatistiki incelemeler sonucunda, katılımcıların festivali dört boyut üzerinden algıladıkları, festivalin genel bağlamda olumlu algılandığı ancak; yiyecek içecek etkinlikleri ve şehir hizmetleri bağlamında geliştirilmesi gereken yönler olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
Festivals play big role for diversification of tourism events and ensured sus-tainable tourism mobility. There are many kinds of festivals that are evaluated within the scope of event tourism such as gastronomy festivals. Adana Flavor Festival is a festival which both Adana's local flavors are exhibited and vari-ous gastronomic events are organized. In this context, the purpose of this study is to measure perceptions of attendants for Adana Flavor Festival. In the scope of study, a survey form which measured festival perception was ap-plied 399 attendants. As a result of the statistical analysis, it has been con-cluded that the participants perceived the festival on four dimensions and the festival has been perceived positively in the general context. In addition to these results, it has been determined that there are necessary directions to be developed in the context of city services.
