Abstract
Bu makalenin amacı, Suriye’de yaşanan iç savaş ve çatışma ortamıyla meydana gelen olayların analizini zayıf devlet kavramıyla ilişkilendirerek açıklamaktır. 2011 yılı itibariyle Suriye’nin içerisinde bulunduğu iç savaş ve çatışma hali, güvensizlik ortamının oluşmasına yol açmaktadır. Meydana gelen şiddetli olaylar ve iç savaş neticesinde devlet otoritesi ve algısı zarar görmüştür. Bu durum, Suriye’nin iktisadi, siyasi ve sosyal yapısında ciddi tahribatlar meydana getirmiştir. Yaşanan iç savaş ve çatışma sürecin de Suriye de yaşananlar zayıf devlet kavramı ile açıklanabilecek bir evreye gelmiştir. Sonuç olarak, makalenin ilk bölümde zayıf devlet kavramı incelenecektir. İkinci bölümde ise zayıf devlet bağlamında Suriye’deki durum irdelenecek ve ardından bir sonuca varılacaktır.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to explain the analysis of the events that took place in the civil war and conflict scene in Syria by associating them with the concept of weak state. As of 2011, the state of civil war and conflict in Syria has led to an atmosphere of insecurity. As a result of severe events and civil war, authority of state and perception has suffered. This situation has caused serious economic, political and social structure of Syria. During the civil war and conflict, events occur in Syria reach a conclusion explained by the concept of a weak state. As a result, in the first part of the article, the concept of a weak state will be examined. In the second part, the situation in Syria will be examined in terms of the weak state context and then a result will be reached.
