Abstract
Nanoteknoloji nano ölçek (metrenin milyarda biri) düzeyinde ve kuantum fiziği kuralları altında uygulama alanı bulan bir atom bilimidir. Bu düzeyde yeni ve üstün özellikli ürünlerin üretilmesi mümkün olabilmektedir. Dolayısıyla nanoteknoloji aynı zamanda ekonomilerin rekabet edebilirliğine de etki etmektedir. Günümüzde birçok ülke nanoteknolojiyi öncelikli alanlar arasına alarak ve temel araştırmalarına destekler sağlayarak bu devrimden geri kalmamaya çalışmaktadır. Bu çalışmada nanoteknoloji inovasyon süreçlerinde öne çıkan aktör ve kurumlar, Teknolojik Sistemler çerçevesinde analiz edilmiştir. Bilgi, piyasa, finans, devlet ve destekleyici aktörler, inovasyon süreçlerinde aktif rol oynayan ve ilişkileri kurumlar tarafından şekillendirilen sistemin ana aktörlerini oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, Nanoteknoloji İnovasyon Sistemi çok disiplinli, çok aktörlü, küresel sınırlara sahip, dinamik ve heterojen bir yapıdadır.

Abstract
Nanotechnology, which has applications on the nano scale (one nanometer is one millionth of a millimeter) and laws of quantum physics, is an atomic science. It is possible to produce innovative and superior products on this scale. Because of its effects on competitiveness, nanotechnology and its basic research has been determined and sponsored by a lot of countries. In this study, the actors and institutions which are active in the nanotechnology innovation process has been examined within the scope of Technological Systems. The actors of science, market, finance, state and supportive institutions are the main elements of the Nanotechnology Innovation System whose relations and interactions are shaped by the institutions. The structure of Nanotechnology Innovation System has multi-disciplinary, multi actor, global boundary, dynamic and heterogeneous features.
