Abstract
Türk toplumunun geleneksel ve karakteristik sanatlarından birisi de minyatür sanatıdır. "Minyatür” sözcüğü, bir nesnenin küçük boyutlardaki örneğini ifade etmektedir.Türk minyatür sanatı, üretildiği zamanın, yerin ve betimlediği olayın özelliklerini en iyi şekilde yansıtma potansiyeline sahip bir sanat dalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı belirli bir dönemi en iyi anlatan, gelecek nesillerin bu dönem hakkındaki siyasi, sosyal ve ekonomik görüşlerini somutlaştıran en önemli olgulardan birinin sanat eserleri olduğunu vurgulamaktır. Çalışmada Osmanlı Minyatürlerinin spesifik özellikleri modern yönetim bilimi açısından değerlendirilecektir. Özellikle dönemin sanatsal temsilcisi sayılan başlıca minyatürler yönetici, statü ve rol gibi kavramlar açısından sembolik detaylar içermektedir. Minyatür sanatında yer alan bu sembolik gösterim günümüz yönetim ilkeleri açısından önem taşımaktadır.

Abstract
One of the traditional and characteristic arts of Turkish society is the miniature art. The word "miniature" refers to a small example of an object. The Turkish miniature art is an art form with potency that reflects the characteristics of the event where it is located and depicted in the best way. The objective of this study is to emphasize the works of art is one of the most important phenomenon that describe the specific period clearly which embodies the political, social and economic views of future generations. In this paper, the Ottoman Miniatures artistic perspective is evaluated in terms of the principles of management science. Especially artistic representatives of the main miniatures, contains symbolic details in terms of the concepts such as manager, status and role in these periods. It is important for the actual management principles in the symbolic representation of miniature art.
