Abstract
Türkiye’de uygulanmakta olan asgari ücretin belirlenmesi için şu andaki uygulamadan farklı bir model önerilmiştir. Türkiye’deki bölgesel farklılıklar ile çalışanların aile durumları açısından değerlendirilmeler yapılarak asgari ücretin Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK) tarafından belirlenmiş 26 bölge için hangi seviyelerde olması gerektiği üzerine bir modelleme yapılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan modelin olası sonuçları ile ilgili değerlendirmeler, yorumlar ve öneriler paylaşılmıştır.

Abstract
This paper propose a different model to determine the minimum wage level in Turkey. A model which take into consideration the regional differences in Turkey as well as the family situation of the employees has been proposed and the level of minimum wage for the 26 regions has been determined by Turkish Statistical Institute (TSI) has been calculated. The evaluations, comments and suggestions related to the possible results of the resulting model were shared.
