TÜRKİYE’DE 1991-2016 YILLARI ARASINDA KURUM EV İDARESİ ALANINDA YAPILAN ÇALIŞMALARA YÖNELİK LİTERATÜR İNCELEMESİ

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de sadece kurum ev idaresi personelini (housekeeping personnel) ele alan 1991-2016 yılları içerisinde yapılmış çalışmaları incelemek ve bu alanda çalışma yapmak isteyen araştırmacılara yol göstermektir. Konu ile ilgili son 26 yılda Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu (YÖK) ulusal tez veri tabanında yer alan kurum ev idaresi alanında yapılmış izinli doktora ve yüksek lisans tezleri, TUBİTAK Ulusal Akademik Ağ ve Bilgi Merkezi (ULAKBİM) ulusal veri tabanında yer alan dergiler, Google Akademik arama motoru, ulusal ve uluslararası olarak düzenlenmiş kongre, konferans, sempozyum gibi bilimsel toplantıların bildiri kitapları taranarak konuyla ilgili yapılmış araştırmalar ve derleme şeklinde makaleler çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda; 2’si doktora, 17’sı yüksek lisans tezi olmak üzere 87 bilimsel çalışma incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda; çalışmaların % 16,1’inin 1998 yılında yapıldığı, % 23,0 ile “İş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda”, % 18,4’ile “Personelin yaptığı işle ilgili bilgi, tutum ve davranışlarını belirlemeye yönelik” çalışmaların önde geldiği, % 16,1’inde ise kurum ev idaresi alanının önemini vurgulayan çalışmalara yer verildiği belirlenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar incelendiğinde; % 59,8’inin hastane ortamını ve hastanede çalışan kurum ev idaresi personelini ele alan çalışmalar olduğu görülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine studies carried out during the years of 1991-2016 in Turkey and addressing only the housekeeping personnel and guide the researchers who wish to carry out studies in this area. Concerning the topic, studies conducted on the topic and articles in the form of compilation were included within the scope of the study by scanning the approved doctoral and master’s theses carried out in the area of housekeeping in the last 26 years which are available in the Council of Higher Education (YOK) national thesis database, the journals available in the TUBITAK National Academic Network and Information Centre (ULAKBIM) national database, Google Academics search engine, proceedings books of scientific meetings such as national and international congresses, conferences, symposiums, etc. Within this context, 87 scientific studies 2 of which were doctorate and 17 of which were master’s theses were examined. As a result of the reviews carried out, it was determined that 16.1% of the studies were carried out in 1998, that studies the occupational health and safety was in the lead with 23.0%, the information attitudes and behaviours of the personnel about their work was 18.4% and in 16.1 % of them studies emphasising the importance of the area of housekeeping were included. When the studies performed are examined, it is observed that 59.8% of them are studies addressing the hospital environment and the housekeeping personnel working at a hospital.
