Abstract
Bu çalışmada bilimkurgu, dispotik ve kara film türlerinin bileşimi olarak “multi-genre” örneklerinin başında gelen Blade Runner, konusunun geçtiği 2019 yılı yaklaşırken, kara film ve bilimkurgu kombinasyonu olarak yeniden ele alınmaktadır. Bilim kurgu filmi, sıklıkla fütüristik uzay mekikleri, robotlar veya diğer teknolojiler eşliğinde; dünya dışı yaşam formları, yabancı gezegenler ve zaman yolculuğu gibi hayali fenomenlerin spekülatif ve bilime dayalı tasvirlerini kullanan film türüdür. Bilim kurgu filmi, geçmişten günümüze siyasal ve toplumsal konularda toplumsal eleştiri yapma ve "bizi insan yapan şeyin ne olduğu" gibi felsefi konuları araştırma amaçlı olarak sıklıkla kullanılan bir film türü olmuştur. Sinemada tür (genre) temelindeki çalışmaya ilham veren olgu ise Blade Runner filminin 1982 yapımı olmasına rağmen 2019 yılının Los Angeles şehrinde geçiyor olmasıdır. Ayrıca bugüne kadar bilimkurgu ve distopya yönleri ön plana çıkarılmış olmasına karşın çalışma kara film- bilimkurgu kombinasyonu olarak ilerleyecektir.

The science fiction film has been a type of film that has been used frequently for the purpose of researching philosophical issues such as making social criticism in the past, day-to-day political and social issues, and "what makes us human" The inspiration for genre-based work in cinema is that although Blade Runner Filmin is made in 1982, it is still in Los Angeles in 2019. Moreover, although the science fiction and dystopia aspects have been foregrounded to date, the study will proceed as a combination of black film and science fiction.
