Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, uygulama kapsamında yer alan işletmelerin mali performanslarını ortaya koyarak, işletme açısından gelecekteki durumlarla ilgili olarak sürdürülebilirliği sağlayacak stratejik konularda alınacak tasarruf ve tedbirler için yol gösterici olmak; işletmenin diğer paydaşları açısından (yatırımcı, kredi kuruluşları, devlet vb.) ise işletme ile ilgili durum değerlendirmesi yapacak bir veri sağlamaktır. Çalışmada mali performans hesaplaması için TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Uygulamanın kapsamını BİST Taş ve Toprağa Dayalı Sanayi sektöründe yer alan 28 adet işletme oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre 2015 yılında Taş ve Toprağa Dayalı Sanayi sektöründe en başarılı mali performansa Afyon Çimento sahiptir. Ünye Çimento, ikinci en başarılı mali performansı gösterirken üçüncü sırada ise Konya Çimento yer almaktadır. 2015 yılı için en kötü mali performansa sahip işletme ise Doğusan olarak saptanmıştır. Uşak Seramik ve Göltaş Çimento’nun da kötü bir mali performansa sahip olduğu söylenebilir.

Abstract
The main objective of this study is to provide guidance for savings and measures to be taken in strategic matters that will provide sustainability for future situations in terms of business; In the case of other stakeholders of the enterprise (investors, credit institutions, government, etc.), it provides data on the status evaluation of the enterprise by demonstrating the financial performances of the enterprises included in the practice. The TOPSIS method was used to calculate the financial performance in this study. The scope of the practice is composed of 28 enterprises in the BIST Non-Metallic Mineral Products sector. According to the results, Afyon Çimento owns the most successful financial performance in the Non-Metallic Mineral Products sector in 2015. Ünye Çimento, the second most successful financial performance in the third showing is located in Konya Çimento. Doğusan has been identified as the worst financial performance for 2015. It can be said that Uşak Seramik and Göltaş Çimento had a bad financial performance.
