Abstract
İktisadın ana amacı dünyadaki kıt kaynakların, insanların sınırsız ihtiyaçlarını karşılamasını sağlamaktır. Bu amacını gerçekleştirmek için en önemli unsurlardan birini de Dış Ticaret oluşturmaktadır.Arnavutluk ve Türkiye arasında gümrük birliği sonrasında yapılan dış ticaret hacminin büyüme üzerindeki etkisi ele alınmıştır. Gümrük birliği 2008 yılında oluşturulmuş ve günümüze kadar devam etmektedir. Bu nedenle 2016 yılına kadar olan veriler çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Dış Ticaret nedir, nasıl gelişti ve eskiden beri ortaya atılan dış ticaret teorileri ve düşünceleri tek tek ele alınmıştır. Büyümenin tanımı, tarihsel gelişimi ve teorileri ele alınmıştır. En son çalışmanın asıl amacına ulaşmıştır. İlk kısmında Arnavutluk ile Türkiye arasındaki ekonomik ilişkiler kronolojik bir biçimde anlatılmış ve resmi kaynaklara dayanan verilere yer verilmiştir. Akabinde iki ülke arasında gümrük birliği için yapılan görüşmeler ve müzakere süreçleri anlatılmıştır. Devamında dış ticaret hacminin büyüme üzerindeki etkilerinin teorik ve sayısal kısmı yer almaktadır. Denklemler ve Granger Nedensellik Testi bölümün sonuna doğru anlatılmakta ve kapanış olarak sonuç kısmı yer almaktadır.

Abstract
The main aim of economy is to cover the unlimited requirements of the people into the scarce resourse world. One of the most important component of economy to realize this aim is foreign trade. The thesis takes up the effect of growth to the foreign trade volume after customs union between Albania and Turkey. The period has taken place from customs union in 2008 to nowdays with the data. The first chapter contains the details about the foreign trade meaning, how does it take progress and also the foreign trade theories and opinions from the past till now. The second chapter is talked about growth, its historical development and theories. The growth theories are explained in details not only theoric but also numerical. I have accomplished in the fourth chapter my aim for this thesis. In this chapter economic relations between Turkey and Albania takes place. The economic relations are also showed by economic’s data. Beside that it is talked about the meetings and negotiation that is done for customs union between this two countries. In addition the effects of growth in foreign trade volume are showed theoric and numerical. At the end of the chapter is explained the equiations and Granger Causality Test.
