Abstract
Bu çalışmada liselerde görev yapan öğretmen algılarına göre okul yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranışı gösterme durumlarını etik liderliğin dört alt boyutunda karşılaştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Genel Tarama yöntemi kullanılan bu araştırmada veriler, Yılmaz (2005) tarafından geliştirilen ve 44 maddeden oluşan “Etik Liderlik Ölçeği” yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla kişisel bilgi formu oluşturulmuştur. Etik liderlik ölçeğinin alt boyutlarının cinsiyet değişkenine göre farklılıkların tespiti için Independent Samples T-Testi kullanılmış, alt boyutların yaş değişkenine göre karşılaştırılmasında Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi kullanılmış, farklılığın hangi gruplardan kaynaklandığının tespit edilmesinde Post Hoc testlerden Tukey HSD kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre; Okul Yöneticilerinin genel olarak etik liderlik davranışı gösterme düzeyleri iyi seviyeler

Abstract
In this study, the ethical leadership behavior of school administrators according to the perception of the teachers in the high school is aimed to compare under the four subscales of ethical leadership. In this study which General Scanning method is used, the data is collected by the help of “Ethical Leadership scale" developed by Yılmaz ( 2005) and consisting of 44 articles. In addition, a personal information form which is developed by the researcher was created for determining demographic characteristics of the teachers. Independent samples t - test was used for detection of gender- based differences in dimensions of Ethical leadership scale, one-way analysis of variance is used for the comparison by age in dimensions, Tukey HSD was used from the post hoc tests for determining the the groups from which the difference arise. The level of significance was accepted as 0.05. According to the research results; overall levels of showing ethical leadership of school administrators are in
