Abstract
Bu çalışma, Ankara ilinde çeşitli hastanelerde çalışan ev idaresi personelinin stres düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verileri Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı hastanelerde çalışan ev idaresi personeline; “Algılanan Stres Düzeyi Ölçeği” uygulanarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde; faktör analizi, Kruskal Wallis testi, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin istatistiği, Barlett Küresellik Testi ve t-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; çalışmaya katılan ev idaresi personelinin stres algıları alt boyutları ve genel stres düzeyi algıları ile öğrenim düzeyleri, mesleki deneyimleri, çalışma saatleri, ağır iş yükü düşüncesi ve hizmet içi eğitim alma durumları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı fark olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
This study is planned and conducted in various hospitals in Ankara to determine the stress levels of the housekeeping staff. Research datas are obtained by applying" Perceived Stress Scale"to the housekeeping staff which working in hospitals depending on the Ministry of Health. The statistical methods of, factor analysis, Kruskal Wallis test, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin statistic Bartlett sphericity test and t-test statistical techniques are used in analysing datas. In the result of research; we find significant differences between the stress perception level and educational status, professional experiences, working hours, heavy work load ideas and the situation of getting inservice trainingof the staff.
