Abstract
Okul yöneticilerinin mesleklerini gerçekleştirirken uymak zorunda oldukları etik kurallar bulunmaktadır. Yönetici okul ortamında görev yaptığı kurumda personeli ve paydaşlarıyla kurduğu iletişimde bu kurallara bağlı kalarak kurumun gelişimini sağlayarak kurumda etkili bir yönetim anlayışı gerçekleştirir. Bu araştırmada, okul yöneticilerinin mesleklerini icra ederken etik kurallara uyma davranışlarının öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Kayseri Kocasinan İlçesindeki ilkokul ve Ortaokullarda görev yapan 102 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin görev yaptığı okulların belirlenmesinde ekonomik ve çevre faktörleri dikkate alınarak tabakalı küme örneklem yöntemi uygulanmıştır. (Ergüç,2002) ve ( Baloğlu, Karadağ, Doğan 2008) tarafından geliştirilen Mesleki Etik Davranışları Belirleme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Abstract
There are ethical rules they must abide by school administrators while performing their jobs. Leaders in the institution they work in the school environment established communication with staff and stakeholders, enabling the development of institutions adhering to the rules of the institution performs an effective management approach. In this study, we aimed to investigate the behavior of school administrators to comply with their professional code of ethics while performing according to the views of teachers. The population of the town of Kayseri Kocasinan in 102 primary and secondary school teachers who constitute research tasks. School teachers in the determination of his tenure in the study taking into account economic and environmental factors stratified cluster sampling method was used. (Erguc, 2002) and (Nuri Baloğlu, Engin Karadağ, A.Elif Dogan 2008) Professional Ethical Conduct developed by the Reporting Questionnaire was used. Mann Whitney U test and the Kruskal-Wallis H test
