Abstract
Günümüz dünyasında ekonomik problemlerin artmasıyla birlikte, iş dünyasında mevcudiyetini korumak oldukça güçleşmektedir Verimlilik nosyonu yaygın bir kapsama sahiptir. Son yıllarda görüyoruz ki, verimliğin neden önemli olduğu yerine, nasıl ulaşılacağı üzerinde durulmaktadır: Toplumsal, ekonomik ve teknolojik birçok değişimden etkilenmiştir. Ülkelerin tarihi, sosyal durumu, iktisadi durumu, dini inançları, gelişmişlik durumu, eğitim seviyesi, devletin uyguladığı siyaset gibi bunların etkisi altında biçimlenir. Verimlilik mevzusunda başarılı olamayan üniteler, yok olmaya mahkümdurlar. Bu çalışmamda Rostov bölgesinin demografik problemlerin neden ve sonuçları, toplum bireyleri üzerinde bırakmış olduğu olası etkiler üzerinde durulacaktır. Ayrıca, verimlilik kavramı, verimlilik çeşitleri, verimliliğin önemi, verimlilik ölçüm yöntemleri ve verimli yaşamın uzamasına etki eden faktörler irdelenecektir.

In today’s world, with the increase in economic problems, it has become extremely difficult to protect one’s existence in business world. The notion of “productivity” has a wide coverage. In recent years we have observed that the issue of how to achieve productivity is emphasized instead of why it is important: It has been influenced by many social, economic and technologic changes.
