Siyasi Partilerin 2011 ve 2015 Yılı Seçim Beyannamelerine Bakış: Bir Doküman İncelemesi ve İçerik Analizi Çalışması

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, 12 Haziran 2011 tarihinde yapılan 24. Dönem Milletvekili Genel Seçimi ile 7 Haziran 2015 tarihinde yapılan 25. Dönem Milletvekili Genel Seçimi sürecinde, siyasi partilerin seçmenlere vaatlerini yazılı olarak sundukları seçim beyannameleri, doküman sıfatıyla incelenmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde siyasi partilerin seçim beyannamelerinde ekonomik yaşama dair belirgin farklar bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Buna karşın sosyal yaşam açısından siyasi partiler arasındaki farklılıklara göz attığımızda AK Parti’nin, korucu sistemine, laiklik konusuna ve özel hayatın gizliliği konusuna hiç değinmediğini, CHP’nin sosyal devlet olgusuna diğer partilerden daha fazla değindiğini, MHP’nin ise hukuk ve terör konularına diğer siyasi partilerden daha fazla değindiğini görmekteyiz. Kültürel yaşam açısından siyasi partiler arasındaki farklılıklara göz attığımızda partilerin gazete ve gazetecilere değinmediğini, AK Parti’nin medya konusuna diğer partilere oranla çok az yer verdiğini,

Abstract
In this study, declarations of election in which political parties presented their promises verbally in the processes of 24th Term General Parliamentary Elections made on the dates of 12 June 2011 and 7 June 2015 are analyzed in the capacity of documents. At the end of the analyses, it was determined that there are no significant differences among the declarations of election of the political parties concerning the economic life. In contrast, when we looked at the differences among the political parties, we saw that AK Party never mentioned on village guard system, laicism, and the right of privacy; CHP mentioned more about the fact of social state than the other parties; MHP dealt with law and terror issues than the others. When we looked at the differences from the perspective of cultural life, we saw that none of the parties mentioned about the newspapers and journalists; AK Party gave less place to media issues; CHP gave wider coverage to sports issues than the others; MHP was
