Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, spor alanında takipçiler tarafından algılanan karizmanın, grubun bütünlüğü üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda literatürde spor alanında liderlik davranışının grup üzerindeki etkilerinin ve karizmatik liderlik ile takım bütünlüğü ilişkisinin incelendiği araştırmalar taranmıştır. Bu tarama sonucunda ortaya konan farklı liderlik davranışlarının, grup bütünlüğünü oluşturan faktörler ile korelasyon içerisinde oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Liderlik süreci içerisinde karizma algısını oluşturan tüm bileşenlerin doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak grubun bütünlüğü üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract
The aim of this study, the charisma that was detected by the followers on the sports field, the investigation of the impact of the group cohesion. For this purpose, studies are examined which topics investigate effects of leadership behavior on group and relationship between charismatic leadership and team cohesion in literature. Results of this review, identified a lot of correlation between factors of group cohesion and leadership behavior. In the leadership process showed that, all components of perception of charisma are directly or indirectly have a positive effect on the group cohesion. The results obtained from this study are expected to contribute to the attempts by coaches of team sports to create a positive atmosphere in the teams and to ensure team cohesion.
