Abstract
Bu makale, küreselleşme diye özetlenen çığırda, tükendiği iddia edilen ideolojinin serüvenini izlemeyi hedeflemekte, onu çağdaş literatürde anlamsız kılmaya çalışan yaklaşımları tartışmaya açmaktadır. Son dönem sosyal teoride önemli bir yer işgal eden tartışma; demokrasi alanında yaşanan gelişmeler neticesinde ideolojilerin günümüzde tükendiğidir. Politik ve sosyal alanda yaşanan gelişmeler, toplumsal ve siyasal kimliklerin kayganlaşmasını beraberinde getirmektedir. Peki, bu durum ideolojik sorunların önemini yitirdiğini ve ideolojinin sonunun geldiğini söylemek için yeterli bir gerekçe midir? Yoksa aksine, Althusser’in “çağırma” şeklinde adlandırdığı ideoloji, tam da bu noktada daha cazipleşen bir megafon gibi mi görünmektedir? Bu kontekst ile öncelikle ideoloji kavramı, nüvelendiği tarihsel süreci ile işlenecek, ardından sosyal teoride ele alınışı bakımından irdelenecek, son olarak yeni denetim biçimleri bağlamında varlığı ortaya konulacak ve tükenmediği savunulacaktır.

Abstract
This paper, in the epoch summarised as globalization, has aimed at viewing the adventure of ideology pretended to be wasted and has brought forward approaches aiming to render the ideology meaningless in contemporary literature. The discussion engages a certain role in recent social theory is that; ideologies have been used up as a consequence of developments in relation with democracy. Developments experienced in political and social spheres have brought about social and political identities’ becoming slippery. Well, is this situation a sufficient reason to say that ideological problems lost their significance and ideologies have come to an end? Or the other way round, ideology as Althusser named “calling” just at this point seems like a charming megaphone just at this point? Within this context, the concept of ideology will be handled with its historical process it’s been cored, and then it will be evaluated in relation to its interpretation in social theory and finally its’ existenc
