Abstract
Pamphylia Bölgesi’nde Aspendos, Attaleia, Lyrbe, Magydos, Perge ve Sillyon olmak üzere toplam 6 kentin sikkeleri üzerinde Hermes tasviri bulunmaktadır. Bu bölgedeki sikkeler üzerinde Hermes’in toplam 2 ana tipi saptanmıştır. Ayakta Duran Hermes tipi ve Oturan Hermes Tipi. Üzerinde Hermes tasvirinin yer aldığı en erken sikke M.Ö. II.- I. Yüzyılları arasına; en geç sikke ise Gallienus’un eşi Salonina’ya (M.S. 253-268) aittir. Bu bölgede Hermes, sikkeler üzerinde arka yüz tasviri olarak, ayakta veya oturarak, çıplak ya da khlamys’ini sol koluna dolamış bir şekilde tasvir edilmiştir. Hermes’in bu bölgede büst-baş şeklinde ve Koç/Keçi ile tasviri yoktur. Sikkeler üzerinde tespit edilen bu iki tip de Hermes’in üstlendiği görevler ile ilgilidir. Bu bölgenin sikkeleri üzerinde Hermes’in daha çok haberci tanrı ve ticaret tanrısı olması vurgulanmıştır.

Abstract
Hermes depictions are determined on the coins of 6 cities in Pamphylia such as Aspendos, Attaleia, Lyrbe, Magydos, Perge and Sillyon and this depictins on all coins are classified in two main type; respectively, Standing Hermes and Sitting Hermes. The earliest coin with Hermes figure in Pamphylia between 2nd and 1th century BC and the latest coins are from 253-268 AD which is Gallienus Era. In Pamphylia, Hermes was represented standing or sitting, nude or enwrapping his khlamys into his left arm as a reverse figure of coins. There are no any depictions of Hermes with ram or goat and of bust of Hermes in the region; but it is emphasized characterization of Hermes the messenger of gods and the god interested in trade on the coins of this region.
