Abstract
Rus besteci, orkestratör, orkestra şefi ve piyanist Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov’un Şehrazat Senfonik Süit’i içerisinde farklı bölümlerde bulunan keman soloları hem teknik hem de ergonomik açıdan oldukça dikkat çekicidir. Korsakov’un eserlerinde keman için yazmış olduğu soloların makale içerisinde incelenme sebebi bu çalgıyı ustalıkla kullanması ve kemancı olmayan bir bestecinin bu kadar nitelikli keman sololarını yazabilmesidir. Performans sanatçılarının yanı sıra bir bestecinin de bu şekilde solo yazabilmesi için makale içerisinde hem teknik inceleme hem de müzikal inceleme yapılmıştır. Bestecinin Şehrazat Senfonik Süit’i içerisinde “Şehrazat”ı keman sololar ile betimlemesi, çalgının “bel canto” tekniğini iyi bir şekilde uygulayabilmesi ve sololardaki müzikal estetiği kendine özgü teknikleri kullanması sebebi ile tercih edilmiştir. Dinamik ses yapısının yerine daha lirik pasajları seslendirmesi bestecinin ilgisini çekmiştir. Şehrazat Senfonik Süiti’nin içerisinde temaların betimlediği karaktere göre farklılıklarına da yer verilmiştir. Şehriyar ve Şehrazat karakterlerini betimleyen temaların birbiri arasındaki kontrast incelenmiş ve orkestra çalgıları içerisinde besteci tarafından nasıl yerleştirildiğine dair analiz yapılmıştır. Makale içerisinde incelenen iki bölümde de de bu soloların hangi teknikler kullanılarak bestelendiğine yer verilmiş, bestecinin keman ile ilgili bilgilerinin ne derecede ileri olduğu açığa çıkarılmıştır.

Abstract
The distinctive violin solos in Russian composer, orchestrator, conductor, and pianist Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov's "Scheherazade Symphonic Suite" is quite striking from both technical and ergonomic perspectives. The reason Korsakov's violin solos are examined in this article is because he masterfully wields this instrument and because a non-violinist could compose such complex violin solos. Both a technical and musical analysis have been conducted to ensure that an artist, as well as a performing artist, can write such solos. The composer's use of violin solos in "Scheherazade" in the "Scheherazade Symphonic Suite” was chosen because of the instrument's excellent application of the "bel canto" technique and the unique musical intensity of the solos. His use of more lyrical passages, rather than his dynamic vocal structure, attracted attention. The content of the “Scheherazade Symphonic Suite” features variations in the characters depicted by the themes. The contrast between the themes depicting Shahriar and Scheherazade is examined, and an analysis is made of how the directors placed them within the orchestra's instruments. The article details the techniques employed in composing these solos in both works, revealing the composer's advanced knowledge of the violin.
