PSİKOLOJİK YARDIM ALMA TUTUMU KONUSUNDA TÜRKİYE’DE YAPILMIŞ LİSANSÜSTÜ TEZLERİN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı 2015-2025 yıllarını arasında psikolojik yardım alma tutumuna yönelik yapılan lisansüstü düzeyindeki çalışmaların incelenmesidir. Bu araştırmadaki veriler bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında Tükiye’de Yükseköğretim Kurumu (YÖK) Ulusal Tez Merkezinde bulunan tezler incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda 90 yüksek lisans tezi, 4 doktora tezi ve 2 tıpta uzmanlık tezi olmak üzere toplamda 96 tez incelenmiştir. Lisansütü tezler tez inceleme formu kullanılarak tezin yayımlandığı yıl, araştırma yöntemi, örneklem grubu, tezin yapıldığı alan, enstitü, üniversite, tezin türü, araştırma konusunun birlikte incelendiği değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre tezlerde ağırlıklı olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir. Örneklem grubunun çoğunlukla üniversite öğrencilerinden oluştuğu görülmüştür. Tezlerin özellikle rehberlik ve psikolojik danışmanlık ile psikoloji alanlarında yoğunlaştığı ve büyük ölçüde yüksek lisans düzeyindeki çalışmalarla sınırlı kaldığı saptanmıştır. Ayrıca psikolojik yardım alma tutumu konusunun en çok kendini damgalama, sosyal damgalama, sosyal destek, depresyon, kaygı, stres, benlik saygısı, öz-yeterlik, başa çıkma stratejileri, ruh sağlığı okuryazarlığı ve kültürel faktörler gibi değişkenlerle birlikte incelendiği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar alan yazın doğrultusunda tartışılmış ve bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine postgraduate theses conducted between 2015 and 2025 on attitudes toward seeking psychological help. The data of the study were analyzed using the bibliometric analysis method. Within the scope of the research, theses available in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) in Türkiye were examined. In total, 96 theses were included in the analysis, comprising 90 master’s theses, 4 doctoral dissertations, and 2 medical specialty theses. Postgraduate theses were analyzed using a thesis review form in terms of the year of publication, research method, sample group, academic field of the thesis, institute, university, thesis type, and the variables examined together with attitudes toward seeking psychological help. According to the findings, quantitative research methods were predominantly employed, and the sample groups mainly consisted of university students. The theses were largely concentrated in the fields of Guidance and Psychological Counseling and Psychology, and most of the studies were limited to the master’s level. Furthermore, attitudes toward seeking psychological help were most frequently examined in relation to variables such as self-stigma, social stigma, social support, depression/anxiety/stress, self-esteem, self-efficacy, coping strategies, mental health literacy, and cultural factors. The findings were discussed in line with the existing literature, and several recommendations were proposed.
