Abstract
Conservatorio Superior de Música "Joaquín Rodrigo" de Valéncia ve Sakarya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı Müzikoloji Bölümlerinin benzerlik ve farklılıklarının ortaya koyulması bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Nitel araştırma ile desenlenen araştırmada yöntem olarak doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada Conservatorio Superior de Música "Joaquín Rodrigo" de Valéncia ve Sakarya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı Müzikoloji Bölümleri karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Karşılaştırma konuları: 2023 yılı giriş şartları, bölümler, müzikoloji bölümü özel yetenek sınavı, müzikoloji bölümü 4 yıllık ders programı şeklindedir. Karşılaştırılması yapılan konular tablo şeklinde verilmiştir. Her iki kurumun kriterleri arasında benzerlikler ve farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Her iki kurumun da 2023 yılı giriş şartlarının kriter içeriği olarak benzerlik, içerik oranı olarak farklılık gösterdiği, bölümlerin içerik olarak 3 bölümde benzerlik gösterdiği, müzikoloji bölümlerinin yetenek sınavlarının içerik ve içeriğin oransal dağılımı olarak farklılık gösterdiği, engelli adayların belge ibrazı şartları açısından benzerlik gösterdiği ancak sorumlu oldukları sınavlardan almaları gereken puan oranlarıyla ilgili farklılıklar olduğu, müzikoloji bölümlerinin 4 yıllık ders programlarının içerik bakımından büyük oranda benzerlik gösterdiği ancak Conservatorio Superior de Música "Joaquín Rodrigo" de Valéncia’nın teorik dersleri farklı konulara bölerek ayrı dersler olarak işlemesi, Sakarya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı’nın Türk müziği derslerini farklı konulara bölerek ayrı dersler olarak işlemesi gibi hedefe bağlı farklılıklar bulunduğu sonuçlarına varılmıştır.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the similarities and differences between the Musicology Departments of the Conservatorio Superior de Música "Joaquín Rodrigo" in Valencia and the State Conservatory of Sakarya University. The research, designed as a qualitative study, employs document analysis as its method. A comparative analysis was conducted between the Musicology Departments of the aforementioned institutions. The subjects of comparison include: admission requirements for the year 2023, available departments, the special aptitude examination for the musicology department, and the four-year course curriculum of the musicology department. The compared topics are presented in tabular form. The findings indicate both similarities and differences between the criteria of the two institutions. While the 2023 admission requirements show content-based similarities, they differ in terms of content proportion. The departmental structures demonstrate similarity in three main areas. However, the aptitude examinations of the musicology departments differ in terms of content and the proportional distribution of this content. Both institutions exhibit similarity regarding the requirement for disabled candidates to submit documentation, yet differ in the score thresholds required in the examinations. Furthermore, while the four-year musicology curricula of both institutions are largely similar in content, target-based differences exist. For instance, the Conservatorio Superior de Música "Joaquín Rodrigo" in Valencia divides theoretical courses into separate subjects, whereas the State Conservatory of Sakarya University categorizes Turkish music courses into separate modules.
