Abstract
1980 yılından sonra dünya ekonomisinde yaşanan finansal deregülasyon süreci, piyasalara yönelik denetimlerin azaltılması gibi serbestleşme hareketlerinin etkisiyle finansal sistemi daha kırılgan hale getirmişti. Bu kırılganlıkların 2008 küresel finans krizi sırasında daha net anlaşılmasıyla finansal regülasyon kavramı yeniden ön plana çıkmış ve çok sayıda akademik çalışmaya konu olmuştur. Finansal regülasyon kavramı en geniş anlamıyla finansal piyasalarda istikrarı sağlamak, ekonomik büyümeyi desteklemek, tüketiciyi korumak ve finansal sistemin şeffaflığını artırmak amacıyla devlet veya ilgili düzenleyici otoriteler tarafından uygulanan bir takım yasal ve düzenleyici önlemi ifade etmektedir. Bibliyometrik analiz ise bilimsel literatürü sistematik bir şekilde inceleyerek, bir alandaki mevcut eğilimleri ve kalıpları analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, finansal regülasyon alanındaki mevcut literatürü niceliksel bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirerek, bu alandaki araştırma dinamiklerini objektif bir biçimde ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma, Web of Science veritabanından elde edilen verilerle, Vosviewer programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde en çok yayına sahip yazar Anastasia Sotiropoulou, en çok atıf alan yazar Robert May, en çok yayın yapılan dergi “Journal of Financial Regulation and Compliance” olarak tespit edilmiştir. Anahtar kelime analizi sonuçları ise finansal regülasyon kavramının sadece ekonomik istikrarı sağlama değil, aynı zamanda dijital dönüşüm ve çevresel sürdürülebilirlik gibi yeni küresel dinamikleri de içeren bir alan haline geldiğini düşündürmektedir.

Abstract
The financial deregulation process that occurred after 1980, had made the financial system more fragile. This fragility became more evident during the 2008 global financial crisis, which brought the concept of financial regulation back to the forefront. Financial regulation refers to a set of legal and regulatory measures implemented by the government or relevant regulatory authorities to ensure stability in financial markets, support economic growth, protect consumers, and enhance the transparency of the financial system. Bibliometric analysis aims to systematically review scientific literature and analyze the current trends in a specific field. The purpose of this study is to objectively reveal the research dynamics in the field of financial regulation. The research was conducted data obtained from the Web of Science database and was using the Vosviewer program. The analysis revealed that the author with the most publications is Anastasia Sotiropoulou, the author with the most citations is Robert May, and the journal with the most publications is the "Journal of Financial Regulation and Compliance." The results of the keyword analysis suggest that the concept of financial regulation has evolved into an area that not only ensures economic stability but also encompasses new global dynamics such as digital transformation and environmental sustainability.
