Abstract
Bu makalede, bir sinema sahnesinde hissedilen atmosferin, tasarım düzleminde mekan ile ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Diğer bir deyişle, film duygusunun inşasında, film mekanının rolü araştırılmıştır. Mekanın, somut özelliklerinin yanında kişiye duygusal hal yaşatma ve onu çağrışımlar içine alma gibi soyut bir özelliği de vardır. Bu soyut özellik mekanın atmosferi, ruhu veya duygusu şeklinde tanımlanır. Mimari mekanda, beden deneyimi ile hissedilen atmosfer, sinema filmlerinde gösterilen mekanların izlenilmesi ile de hissedilir. Filmin duygusuna altlık olacak şekilde gösterilen mekanlar, film atmosferine uygun şekilde tasarlanır. Buradaki mekan tasarımı, çalışmanın araştırma nesnesi olarak seçilmiştir. “Sinema sahnelerindeki mekanlar söz konusu atmosfer veya duygu ile örtüşecek şekilde nasıl tasarlanmaktadır?” sorusu araştırmanın başlangıç noktasını teşkil etmektedir. Sorudan hareketle, Düşüş (The Fall) ve Büyük Budapeşte Oteli (The Grand Budapest Hotel) olmak üzere seçilen iki filmden birer sahne analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma özelinde geliştirilen hareket-mekan-ses ilişkisi, mimari ve sinemanın ortak ve birbiri ile ilgili teknikleri kapsamında altlık olarak kullanılmıştır. Mekan, bütüncül yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. Sinema sahnesindeki kamera ve oyuncu hareketleri ile ses unsurlarının mekan ile örüntü oluşturduğu ve senkronize çalıştığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
In this article, the relationship between the atmosphere felt on a cinema stage and the space at the design level is discussed. In other words, the role of the film location in the construction of the film emotion has been investigated. In addition to its concrete features, the space also has an intangible feature, such as giving the person an emotional state and involving him in associations This intangible feature is defined as the atmosphere, spirit or emotion of the space.The atmosphere felt through body experience in the architectural space is also felt by watching the spaces shown in movies. The spaces shown as a basis for the emotion of the film are designed to suit the atmosphere of the film. The space design here was chosen as the research object of the study. “How are the spaces in cinema scenes designed to match the atmosphere or emotion?” The question constitutes the starting point of the research. Based on the question, a scene from two selected films, The Fall and The Grand Budapest Hotel, was analyzed. The movement-space-sound relationship developed specifically for the study was used as a basis within the scope of common and interrelated techniques of architecture and cinema. The space was handled with a holistic approach. It has been concluded that the camera and actor movements and sound elements in the cinema scene create a pattern with the space and work synchronously.
