ORTAÖĞRETİM KURUM YÖNETİCİLERİNİN ETİK LİDERLİK DÜZEYLERİNİN ÖĞRETMEN ALGILARI BAĞLAMINDA İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmada öğretmen görüşlerine göre ortaöğretim kurum yöneticilerinin etik liderlik düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma Gaziantep ili merkez ilçelerinde görev yapan 528 öğretmenin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, Yılmaz (2005) tarafından geliştirilen “Etik Liderlik Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler; aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, standart hata, t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) gibi betimleyici istatistikler ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre etik liderlik ve etik liderliğin alt boyutlarının cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, yaş, okulda çalışma süresi, okul türü ve branşa göre farklılaşmadığı; kıdeme göre farklılaştığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Mesleki kıdemi 1-10 yıl arası olan öğretmenlerin etik liderlik ve alt boyutları algı düzeyinin, kıdemi 11-20 yıl arası olan öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract
The ethical leadership levels of secondary school administrators were examined according to the teachers’ opinion in this research. The research was carried out with the participation of 528 teachers working in Gaziantep central districts.The data were collected by the Ethical Leadership scale developed by Yımaz (2005) The data obtained in the study were analyzed with descriptive statistics such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, standard error, t- test and one way variance analysis(ANOVA). Ethics leadership and the sub-dimensions of ethical leadership do not differ according to gender, marital status, educational status, age,school working time,school type and branch, reached the result differentiated according to seniority.Ethical leadership and sub-dimensions of the teachers with vocational seniority 1-10 years were found to be higher than the teachers with seniority 11-20 years.
