Albanians are a resident nation on the West coast of the Balkans and they widely accepted Islam in the Ottoman period. In their language, there are many borrowed words from old and new Turkish. An interaction occurred between Turkish and Albanian between the 15th and 19th centuries in the Ottoman period and Turkish was "superstratum”. Many studies have been carried out by the researchers of the field for about a century and a half about the Turkish words and elements in the Albanian language. This study includes from a holistic view of the analysis of the nationalities of the researchers who wrote studies of this field, the types of studies such as thesis, articles, papers, and the amounts in terms of the languages in which the studies were written.
