In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational stress levels and job satisfaction in Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse employees according to some sociodemographic variables, and to develop social service interventions, various policies and recommendations that reduce organizational stress levels and increase job satisfaction. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from 281 judicial staff, a negative correlation was found between total job satisfaction subscale and job stress (r = -.57; p <0.01).Another finding of the study was negative correlation between perceived job stress level and internal satisfaction, and positive correlation between external satisfaction and total satisfaction levels. In other words, as total job satisfaction increases, stress decreases; As internal satisfaction increases, general job satisfaction and external satisfaction increase, and work stress decreases. This research is important in terms of being the first study that shows the relationship between organizational stress level and job satisfaction for the judiciary employees.
