Abstract

Entrepreneurship has an important place for both individuals and governments in terms of the added value it creates. Entrepreneurship is the basis of the economic development of countries. Accordingly, the subject of entrepreneurship that develops day by day affects every segment. Some personality traits of individuals affect their entrepreneurial intentions. In this study, all the entrepreneurial personality traits examined in the literature were explained in addition to personality traits under the headings of innovation, need to succeed, risk taking, desire for independence, internal locus of control, tolerance to uncertainty and self-confidence. The research was applied to a total of 400 people in the form of a face-to-face survey. 5 of them were excluded from the research due to incomplete answers. The total number of people who influence the analysis results is 395.
