Abstract

The purpose of this study; is to examine the influences upon organisational dependencies of Batman University academicians perceptions related to organisational cynicism.205 academicians who work in Batı Raman Campus participated in the research.In this research firstly present literature scanning was made and informations about the subject was given.Organisational cynicism scale reformed by ‘’Sağır and Oğuz’’(2012) was used to determine the teachers’ organisational cynicism levels and organisational dependencies scale reformed by ‘’Balay’’(2000) was used to determine the organisational dependencies levels of the teachers. SPSS 22 IBM statics packaged software used for evaluating and calculating the acquired data.Data are summarized as average and standart deviation.As a result of our study; there is no statistical significant relevance between organisational cynicism and organisational dependencies sub-dimensions but it is monitored that the instructors who participated in the research show differences(related to relevance) in terms of organisational cynicism and organisational dependencies sub-dimensions with demographic variables.
