SPSS 22 IBM statics packaged software used for evaluating and calculating the acquired data.Data are summarized as average and standart deviation.As a result of our study; there is no statistical significant relevance between organisational cynicism and organisational dependencies sub-dimensions but it is monitored that the instructors who participated in the research show differences(related to relevance) in terms of organisational cynicism and organisational dependencies sub-dimensions with demographic variables.},author={Fırat OKAN-- Cengiz TAŞKIN},year={2018},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
