Abstract

In this study was aimed measuring the students of sports sciences who are studying at the undergraduate level in the universities in the Black Sea Region of the environmental sensitivities in terms of some variables . It was obtained the data through the environmental sensitivity scale developed by the Demirel et al (a=0,78) in this research. The universe of the research constitutes the School of Sports Sciences / Physical Education and Sports in the Black Sea Region. The samples determined by disproportionate sampling method consist of Bartın University in the Western Black Sea Region, Hittite University in the Middle Black Sea Region and Black Sea Technical University students in the Eastern Black Sea Region. In the study using the relational screening method, the Independent-Samples T Test was used for two independent variables and the One-Way ANOVA test was used for independent variables consisting of three or more groups. As a result of the research, significant differences were found statistically (p <0,05) in age, gender, participation in nature sports and taking measures to prevent environmental problems of the family. On the other handNo statistically significant differences were found in the variables of university, department, class, environmental organizations, participation of family in nature sports, which were taken into consideration.
