Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to determine the emotional commitment of team motivations on team work within the context of public and private staff. A quastionnaire form prepared for research was applied to 302 public and private sector staff of an international airport located in the Aegean region between September 2017 and November 2017 by a face to face and e-mail method. As a result of the resarch it was determined that there is no perceptive difference between public and private sector employees, expect that team emotional factors affect motivation positively in team work for both public and private sector employees. On the ather hand, there was seen a positive and in moderate levels interaction between team emotional factors that affect motivation in team work.
