The rapid and constant change that globalization brings companies into a competitive environment. The way in which companies can achieve success is to provide value-added activities by creating differences in their products, services or processes, in other words to make innovation. Innovation, the key to sustainable growth, has now begun to be seen as a key competitive tool in all small, medium and large-scale companies. In this research, the analysis of the most successful companies in innovation in Turkey and in the world will be done in the framework of various criteria. According to this, in the research, companies’ basic features (position, sector, product/service etc.) will be examined. By years, it will be determined whether there are sectoral differences. In addition, common features that innovative companies have will also be included at the end of the research.
