The data in this study have been obtained through literature survey and Delphi method. Quantitative and qualitative data have been obtained in the study whose working group was chosen from musical literacy teachers serving in the music department of fine arts high schools and academics of the department of Music within the departments of Fine Arts Education in faculties of Education.
