Criminal police laboratory has additional importance on domestic security services. In order to improve productivity of personnel working this organization, performance of personnel must be well measured and they must be trust in performance evaluation system. For this reason, (n=172) personnel of Ankara Criminal Police Laboratory in 2011 were subjected to survey, and their perceiving on performance evaluation were examined. Afterwards, it was evaluated whether their perceiving are changing based on demographic properties. According to results of the study general evaluation of personnel of Ankara Criminal Police Laboratory Agency on current registry system was at medium level. On the other hand, general evaluation of personnel of Ankara Criminal Police Laboratory Agency on modern performance aims was at good level.
