In the research “meeting method” has been used which is one of the methods of qualitative research. As universe, 23 primary schools located in the center of Iğdır city and 15 elementary schools in the education year of 2013-2014 are defined. And as sample 72 teachers from these schools -which are decided by lot as 5 primary schools and 5 elementary schools, in total 10 schools- are defined as “ working group”. In the gathering of the data a scale themed “the effect of psychological problem and complaints to the job performance” which consists from 8 item is used. During the analysing of the data, one of the methods of qualitive research “content analysis method” is used.
