Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı sporda şike, teşvik ve yolsuzlukların başlangıcı üzerine mevcut bilgi ve belgelere göre konuyu araştırmaktır. Literatür taraması yapılmıştır.Antik oyunların başlangıcından itibaren sporda şike, hile ve yolsuzluklar başlamıştır. Rüşvet verenler ve alanlar yakalandığı zaman para cezalarına çarptırılmışlardır. Para cezaları rahiplerin kontrolünde kullanılmıştır. Bu cezalar ile heykeller yapılmıştır. Antrenörlerin sporcularına faizli ödünç para vermeleri günümüzde bile yapılmamaktadır.Sonuç: Günümüzdeki mevcut bilgi ve belgelere göre antik Yunanistan’da ve olimpiyatlarda sporda şike, kile ve yolsuzluklar başlamıştır. Genel olarak sporcular arasında anlaşmalar yapılsa da antrenörler, yöneticiler, hakemler ve hatta sporcularının akrabaları da şike ve hile olaylarınakarışmışlardır. Şike yapan sporcuların yazıtlara isimleri yazılarak engellenmeye çalışılması o dönemlerde bu durumun çok yaygın olduğunu düşündürmektedir. Belki de antik Olimpiyatların yasaklanma nedeni altında belirtildiği gibi sadece Yunanlıların çıplak yarışmaları değil, sporda ahlaksızlık ve yolsuzlukların önlenemez oluşu vardır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the issue according to the available information and documents on the beginning of match-fixing, encouragement and corruption in sports. A literature review was made.From the beginning of the ancient games, match-fixing, cheating and corruption started in sports. Bribe payers and recipients were fined when caught. Fines were used under the control of priests. Sculptures were made with these punishments. Even today, it is not possible for trainers to lend money to their athletes with interest.Conclusion: According to current information and documents, match-fixing, bushel and corruption started in sports in ancient Greece and in the Olympics. Although agreements are generally made between the athletes, coaches, managers, referees and even the relatives of the athletes have also been involved in match-fixing and cheating. Trying to prevent match-fixing athletes by writing their names on the inscriptions suggests that this situation was very common at that time. Perhaps the reason for banning the ancient Olympics is not just the naked competition of the Greeks, as stated under it, but the unavoidable immorality and corruption in sports.
