Abstract
Günümüzün icra anlayışında aranan klasik icranın dışındaki tınılar, geleneksel icra anlayışı ile birlikte denenmeye başlanmış ve teknik anlamda yeni arayışları beraberinde getirmiştir. Sürekli gelişim içerisinde olan icra teknikleri, yeni tınılarla birlikte genç icracıları da etkileyerek modern icra anlayışını oluşturmuştur. Böylelikle icra anlayışı her yeni dönemde kendisini geliştirerek farklı üslup ve teknikler geliştiren icracıları beraberinde getirmiş, yeni teknik ve metotları ortaya çıkarmakla birlikte genç kuşaklar içinde yeni metot ve teknik ihtiyacını oluşturmuştur. Günümüzde geleneksel icra ve kendine has tavrı ile dikkat çeken en önemli icracılardan birisi de Yurdal Tokcan’dır. Geçmişten günümüze kadar gelmiş ud icrasında kullanılan farklı çalım teknikleri ile birlikte modern çalım teknikleri ve kendine özgü tavır anlayışıyla hem icra anlayışındaki yeni tınıları hem de besteciliğinde kullandığı özgün melodilerini gelenek ile birleştirmiş ve günümüz ud icrasını ve icracılarını derinden etkilemiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Yurdal Tokcan eserlerinin analizlerinin yapılarak uzman görüşü aracılığı ile lisans düzeyinde hangi kademelerde verilebileceğinin tespiti ile ud eğitimine katkı sağlamaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Öncelikle Yurdal Tokcan eserlerinin melodik ve ritmik yapısı, akort düzeni, makam dizisi ve ses sahası, melodik örgü ve eser içerisinde öne çıkan icra teknikleri bakımından doküman analizi yapılmıştır. Analizleri yapılmış eserler analizleriyle beraber lisans düzeyinde gerekçeleriyle birlikte hangi kademelerde verilebileceğinin tespiti için lisans düzeyinde ud eğitimi veren 8 uzmana inceletilmek üzere yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yapılarak yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract
The timbres other than classical performance sought in today's performance understanding have been tried together with the traditional performance understanding and have brought along new searches in technical terms. Performance techniques, which are in continuous development, have created a modern understanding of performance by influencing young performers along with new tones. Thus, the understanding of performance brought along the performers who developed different styles and techniques in each new period, and created the need for new methods and techniques among the younger generations, as well as revealing new techniques and methods. Today, Yurdal Tokcan is one of the most important performers who draw attention with his traditional performance and unique attitude. With the different playing techniques used in oud performance from the past to the present, modern playing techniques and his unique attitude, he combined both the new tones in his understanding of performance and the original melodies he used in his composition with tradition and deeply influenced today's oud performance and performers. The aim of this research is to contribute to oud education by analyzing Yurdal Tokcan's works and determining which levels can be given at the undergraduate level through expert opinion. Qualitative research methods were used in the study. First of all, document analysis was made in terms of the melodic and rhythmic structure of Yurdal Tokcan's works, chord order, maqam scale and sound field, melodic weave and performance techniques that stand out in the work. A structured interview form was applied to be examined by 8 experts who give oud education at the undergraduate level in order to determine at which levels it can be given at the undergraduate level, together with the analyzes of the analyzed works. The obtained data were interpreted by making content analysis.
