Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı akademik teşviki etkileyen unsurları tespit etmektir. Bu kapsamda Dicle ve Harran Üniversitesi öğretim üyelerinden 327 veri %5 anlamlılık düzeyinde incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, betimleyici istatistikler, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve path (yol) analizi yapılmıştır. Doğrulayıcı model sonuçlarına göre, akademik teşvik ile ilgili kavramların, akademik performansı etkileyen unsurlar, akademik performans ölçümü, akademik teşvik sistemi ile ilgili olumlu ve olumsuz yönelim ve akademik teşvik sistemi ile ilgili tutum (görüş) değişkenlerini elde edilen verilerin desteklediği gözlenmiştir. Path analizi sonucuna göre, Akademik Teşvik Sisteminin Olumlu Yönleri (ATSOY) ve Akademik Teşvik Sisteminin Negatif Yönleri (ATSNY) değişkenlerinin Akademik Performansı Etkileyen Unsurlar (APEUT) değişkenini anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü etkilediği gözlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan ATSOY ve ATSNY değişkenlerinin APÖ değişkeni üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü etkisi gözlenmiştir. Yine ATSOY’un akademik teşvikle ilgili tutumlar (ATİT) değişkeni üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü etkisi tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak, aracılık rolünün bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the factors affecting academic incentive. In this context, 327 data from the faculty members of Dicle and Harran University were analyzed at the 5% significance level. In the study, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were performed. According to the results of the confirmatory model, it was observed that the data obtained supported the concepts related to academic incentive, the factors affecting academic performance, the measurement of academic performance, positive and negative orientations related to the academic incentive system, and attitude (opinion) variables related to the academic incentive system. According to the results of the path analysis, it was observed that the ATSOY and ATSNY variables affected the APEUT variable significantly and positively. On the other hand, a significant and positive effect of ATSOY and ATSNY variables on the PPS variable was observed. Again, a significant and positive effect of ATSOY on the ATIT variable was determined. Finally, it was found that there is no mediator role.
