Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث موضوعاً علاقته بالواقع الإسلامي البلجيكي الأوروبي، حيث أن وجود الإسلام في بلجيكا يرجع إلى هجرة المسلمين في الستينيات من مختلف مناطق الدول الإسلامية لأجل لقمة العيش. وبلجيكا هي إحدى الدول الأوروبية التي يعيش سكانها في رفاهية، ويبلغ تعدادهم قرابة أحد عشر مليوناً، فيهم مليون مسلم، وبعد فترة قصيرة من الوجود الإسلامي في بلجيكا، بدأت الجالية المسلمة تعاني من بعض المشاكل الاجتماعية، والثقافية، والدينية، والتربوية، وتعاظم الاحتياج إلى تهيئة الظروف الملائمة لتطبيق الشعائر الدينية وإقامة الأنشطة الثقافية والاجتماعية، ولتنظيم الشؤون التعليمية لأبناء الجالية، وبمرور السنين استطاع المسلمون تحقيق كثير من متطلباتهم، حيث إنهم أسهموا مع المجتمع البلجيكي الأوروبي في ميادين كثيرة، كما نرى ذلك في المظهر الإسلام البلجيكي في الذكرى الستين من الهجرة في ضوء الإحصائيات. يتناول هذا البحث في المحور الأول مفهوم التطرف الديني /الأيديولوجي والإرهاب والعلاقة بينهما، كما يبين مظاهر التطرف الديني والإرهاب في أوروبا، مع ذكر العوامل والأسباب التي تؤدي إلى السلوكيات الخطيرة في المجتمعات المعاصرة. وأما المحور الثاني في هذا البحث هو عن أهمية التعليم ودوره في معالجة التطرف الديني ومكافحة الإرهاب في وأوروبا، كالتعليم في المجال الاجتماعي والفكري والثقافي ودور التعليم الشرعي، وذلك بتأهيل الشباب في المعاهد الدينية لتولي وظائف شرعية ببلجيكا. المنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي للواقع الأوروبي وبلجيكا أنموذجاً، مع تحليل الأسباب والعوامل التي أدت الى ذلك التطرف والإرهاب، والهدف من هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على مشكلة التطرف الديني والإرهاب لدى المجتمعات المسلمة من جهة، وبيان حملات العداء والكراهية والعنصرية تحت اسم إسلاموفوبيا في أوروبا من جهة أخرى، ومساهمة بهذا البحث لإيجاد بعض الحلول لمعالجة تلك الظاهرة التي تعاني منها دول أوروبا بصفة عامة وبلجيكا بصفة خاصة.

Abstract
This research deals with the subject of its relationship to the Belgian-European Islamic reality, as the presence of Islam in Belgium is due to the migration of Muslims in the sixties from different regions of Islamic countries for a living. Belgium is one of the European countries living in luxury, and its population is about eleven million, including one million Muslims. After a short period of time, the Muslim community suffered from some social, cultural, religious and educational problems. She had some tangible needs, such as the application of religious rites, the establishment of cultural and social activities, and the organization of educational matters for her children. After the passage of years, Muslims were able to fulfil many of their requirements, as they contributed to the Belgian-European community in many fields. We also see that in the appearance of Belgian Islam in the fiftieth year of the immigration in the light of statistics. The research also deals with the concept of religious / ideological extremism and terrorism and the relationship between them. It also shows the manifestations of religious extremism and terrorism in Europe with mentioning the factors and reasons that lead to dangerous behaviours in contemporary societies. Then comes the research importance of education and its role in addressing religious extremism and combating terrorism in and in Europe, such as education in the social, intellectual and cultural fields and the role of legal education by training young people in legal jobs in religious institutes in Belgium. As for the method used in this research, it is a descriptive approach to the European reality and Belgium as a model, with an analysis of the causes and factors that led to that extremism and terrorism. The aim of this research is to highlight the problem of religious extremism and terrorism in Muslim societies on the one hand, and to show the campaigns of hostility, hatred and racism under the name Islamophobia in Europe on the other hand, and to contribute to this research to find some solutions to address this phenomenon that suffers from Europe in general and Belgium in particular.
