Abstract
Tüm dünyada etkisini gösteren Covid-19 virüsü Türkiye’de görülmeye başladığı tarihten itibaren tüm sektörleri ve tüm meslekleri etkisi altına almıştır. Bazı meslekler daha durağan bir hal alırken birçok mesleğinde çalışma süresi ve yoğunluğu önemli derecede artmıştır. Bu mesleklerden biriside muhasebe mesleğinin temsilcileri olan mali müşavirlerdir. Pandemi sürecinde işletmelerin yaşadıkları maddi problemler ve üstlenmek zorunda oldukları yükümlülükler mali müşavirlerin bu süreçte devlet ile işletmeler arasında önemli bir köprü olmasına sebep olmuştur. Devlet pandemi sürecinde ekonomik problemleri aşmak ve işletme sahiplerine ve çalışanlara destek olmak amacıyla birçok destek programı açıklamıştır. Bu imkânlardan yararlanmak isteyen işletmeler ve çalışanlar için gerekli olan bilgiler ve dokümanların birçoğu mali müşavirler aracılığı elde edilmiştir. Bu durumda meslek mensuplarının hem iş yükünü artırmış hem de yeni duruma uyum sağlamalarını gerekli kalmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı Sivas ilinde bulunan mali müşavirlerin pandemi sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunları ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın evreni Sivas’ ta bulunan 270 meslek mensubu, örneklemi ise odaya kayıtlı 5 meslek mensubudur. Araştırma verilerinin toplanması amacıyla 6 adet soru görüşmecilere sorulmak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma verileri, mülakatlarla toplanmış olup bu görüşmeler esnasında görüşmecilerden izin istenerek ses kaydı alınmıştır Çalışmada mülakat tekniği kullanılmış olup her bir katılımcının verdiği cevaplar ayrı ayrı ele alınarak yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract
After the Covid-19 virus had started to be seen in Turkey which has taken effect all over the world all sectors and all professions have been affected. While some professions have become more stable, the working time and intensity of many professions have increased significantly. One of these professions is financial advisors who are the representatives of the accounting profession. Financial problems faced by businesses during the pandemic period and the obligations they had to undertake caused financial advisors to become an important bridge between the government and businesses in this process. The government has announced many support programs in order to overcome economic problems and support business owners and employees during the pandemic period. Most of the information and documents required for businesses and employees who want to benefit from these opportunities have been obtained through financial advisors. This situation both increased the workload of the members of the profession and required them to adapt to this new situation. The study aims to reveal the problems experienced by financial advisors in Sivas during the pandemic process. The population of the study is 270 members of the profession in Sivas and the sample is 5 members of the profession registered in the chamber. Six questions were prepared to be asked to the interviewers to collect the research data. Research data were collected through interviews, and during these interviews, voice recordings were taken with the permissions of the interviewers. The interview technique was used in the study and the answers given by each participant were evaluated separately and interpreted.
