Abstract
Eğitim, toplumsal gelişmeye olan katkısının yanında birtakım sorunlara sebep olması sebebiyle eleştirilere maruz kalmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı toplumsal gelişmeye olan katkısına rağmen eğitimin getirdiği olumsuzlukların alanyazın çerçevesinde ortaya konularak eleştirel bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışma nitel bir araştırma olup doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ulusal ve uluslarası dokümanlar, betimsel analiz yaklaşımı ile belirlenen “eşitsizlik”, “toplumsal sınıflaşma” ve “tek tip birey yetiştirme” temaları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda toplumda var olan ekonomik ve sosyal eşitsizliklerin eğitim hizmetlerine yansıdığı, eğitimin eşitsizliği sürdürerek yarattığı ve derinleştirdiği farklılaşmalarla yeni eşitsizliklere sebep olduğu ve bu durumun toplumsal sınıflaşmaları beraberinde getirdiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Toplumsal sınıflaşma eğitimde eşitsizliklere sebep olurken aynı zamanda eğitimde yaşanan eşitsizliklerin de sınıflaşmaya sebep olduğu ve bu durumun birbirini besleyerek kısır döngü oluşturduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca eğitim sisteminin toplumsal gelişme için işgücü piyasasının istediği uyumlu, saygılı, çalışkan, istenileni sorgusuz sualsiz kabul eden tek tip birey yetiştirmeye sebep olduğu araştırmanın bir diğer sonucudur. Süregelen bu eleştirilere konu olan eşitsizlik, toplumsal sınıflaşma ve istendik davranışlara zorlanan tek tip birey yetiştirme sorunlarına çözümcül yaklaşım; eşitlikçi, demokratik ve bireyi bütünsel olarak geliştiren nitelikli bir eğitim anlayışını içeren eğitim politikaları ve planlamaları olabilir. Eğitim sistemi ekonomik dışsallıklardan uzak, doğal haklar içerisinde değerlendirilerek tartışılmalı, parasız, demokratik ve nitelikli kamusal eğitim yaygınlaştırılmalı, kapitalist sistemin oluşturduğu eşitsiz yarış sistemini ortadan kaldıracak eğitim politikaları uygulanmalıdır.

Abstract
Education is facing criticism because of causing some problems even though it has an effect on developing communities. The purpose of this study is to reveal negatives brought up about education despite its contribution to social development and to evaluate the conflict with a critical point of view. The study is a qualitative research and was carried out with document reviewing method. These national and universal documents have been examined within the framework of the themes; “inequality”, “social classification” and “raising a single type of individual” determined by the descriptive analysis approach. As the conclusion of the research, it has been found out that the economic and social inequalities in the society are reflected in educational services while it has been concluded that education causes new inequalities with the differentiation it creates and deepens by maintaining the inequality bringing along social classifications. It has been determined that while social classification causes inequality in education, at the same time, inequalities in education cause classification and this situation creates a vicious circle by feeding each other. In addition, as another result of the research, it has been discovered that the education system causes the raise of single type of individual who is compatible, respectful, hardworking and accepts whit is desired without question for social development. The analytical approach in response inequality, social classification, training monotype persons who are forced with doing terminal behaviors may be the educational policies and plannings that involve equitable, democratic, and improving to persons holistically. Education system should be discussed by evaluating in natural rights and far from economical externality; free, democratic, and qualified public education should be popularized and applied educational policies that remove of non equaivalent competition generated by capitalist system.
