ERZURUM'DA YAŞAYAN BİREYLERİN TATİLE GİTME VE KIRSAL TURİZME BAKIŞI ÜZERİNE ETKİLİ OLAN FAKTÖRLERİN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract
İnsanlar yoğun çalışma temposu ve stres nedeniyle yılın bazı dönemlerinde tatile ihtiyaç duymakta ve yine şehrin gürültülü ortamlarından kaçarak bulundukları bölge ya da farklı bölgelerde daha sessiz ve rahat ortamlarda gezmek, eğlenmek, bolca oksijen ve doğal gıda ile beslenmek istemektedirler. Özellikle Erzurum ilinde kış periyodunun uzunluğu ve ilin soğuk iklimi insanların sıcak bölgelerde tatil yapma ihtiyaçlarını artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Erzurum ilinde ikamet eden ailelerin tatil için gidebilecekleri bölgelere göre onların bir takım özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Yine, birçok kırsal turizm faaliyetine sahip bölgelerde bireylerin bu faaliyetlere katılıp katılmayacakları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada örneklem sayısını belirlemede ana kütle oranlarına dayalı basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. 25 sorunun yer aldığı anket formunda halkın turizmden beklentilerinin yanı sıra, kırsal turizme dair sorular yöneltilmiştir. Çalışmada 400 bireyle görüşme yapılarak tatile çıkma üzerine etkili olan faktörlerin analizinde probit yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ailelerin tatile gitmesi üzerine etkili olan faktörler orta ve yüksek hane geliri, tatil kararını veren bireyin cinsiyetinin bayan olması, hanedeki fert sayısının az olması, tatil yapılacak yerde deniz olması ve orta veya uzun tatil yapma isteğidir. Erzurum ilinde genç nüfusa iş imkânlarının sağlayacak, kırsal Turizm kaynaklarından yararlanacak ve kişilerin tasarruflarının üretime dönüştürecek girişimcilik faaliyetlerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.

Abstract
People need vacations during some periods of the year due to hard work and stress. Especially, the long winter season and the cold climate in Erzurum province increase people’s need for going on vacation to hot regions in certain times of the year. Also, people prefer escaping the noisy environment of the city and going sightseeing, having fun, getting abundant oxygen, and eating plenty of natural food in the quiet or comfort of the vicinity or far places. In this study, some of the characteristics of the families living in Erzurum city and investigate the effects of these characteristics on the regions where these families can go on vacation. The study tries to determine whether individuals participate in tourism activities in regions that have many rural tourism activities. In the study, the sample size has been determined using the simple random sampling method based on the main mass ratios. In the questionnaire which included 25 questions, about rural tourism and besides the expectations of the people from tourism. In the study, 400 individuals were interviewed and probit method was used in the analysis of the factors effective on vacation. The factors that affect the families' going on holiday are medium and high household revenue, to be women of person giving the holiday decision, to be low of the number of individuals in the household, to be the sea in the holiday place, and the desire to have a medium or long holiday. There are needed to entrepreneurship activities for create job opportunities for young population, to benefit from rural tourism resources and to turn people's savings into production in Erzurum province.
