Abstract
Estetik bir oluşum olan şiirde, şairin odaklandığı, dikkatini yönelttiği bir nesnesi ve onun nitelikleri yanında yine sanatçının ona dair belli bir algısı ve tasarımı mevcuttur. Dolayısıyla, şiirin oluşum sürecinde şair ve nesnesi arasında estetik bir iletişim söz konusudur. Zira, şiirde anlatılan kavram ya da nesnenin geri planında şairin algısı bulunur. Şair, estetik iletişim neticesinde kendisinde oluşan estetik yargısını şiirine taşırken anlam yüklediği ses ve imge gibi unsurlardan faydalanır ve bunu estetik bir tasarım hâlinde ortaya koyar. Bundan sonra da artık okur ile eser arasında estetik bir iletişim oluşur. Biz de bu çalışmada Yahya Kemâl Beyatlı’nın İstanbul’a dair bakış açısına ve bunun şiirsel bir formda sunuşuna şahit olduğumuz “Bir Başka Tepeden” adlı şiirinde bu estetik iletişimin mahiyetini ortaya koymaya çalıştık.

Abstract
In the poetry, which is an aesthetic formation, besides the qualities of the object that the poet cares about, there is also the perception of the artist. Therefore, during the formation process of poetry, there is an aesthetic communication between the poet and his object. Because, in the background of the concept or object described in poetry, there is the perception of the poet. After the aesthetic communication, the poet uses the sound and the image to carry his aesthetic judgment to his poetry and puts it in an aesthetic design. After that, an aesthetic communication occurs between the reader and the work. In this study, we tried to reveal the characteristic of this aesthetic communication in the poem ”From Another Hill" which we witnessed Yahya Kemâl Beyatlı's perspective on Istanbul.
