Abstract
Sonsuzluk, insanoğlunun her zaman ilgisini çekmiş, merak uyandırmış bir kavramdır. Antik dönemden günümüze pek çok düşünür, matematikçi ve sanatçı sonsuzluk üzerine üretimler yapmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle sonsuzluk kavramının genel bir açıklaması yapılmış ve kavramın daha iyi anlaşılması için önemli düşünürlerin sonsuzluk üzerine düşüncelerine yer verilmiştir. Heykel sanatında sonsuzluğa farklı biçimlerde yer verildiği bilinmektedir. “Sonsuzluk Kavramının Heykel Sanatındaki Biçimsel Karşılıkları” adlı sanatta yeterlik çalışmasında bütün yönleriyle ele alınan sonsuzluk kavramına bu araştırmada, bir yanılsama olarak yer verilen çalışmalar üzerinden, kavramın algılanmasına yönelik ne tür stratejilere başvurulduğu üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda sonsuzluk algısı oluşturmaya yönelik olarak; karşılıklı düzenlenmiş aynalar ile kurgulanan sonsuza giden görüntü illüzyonları; küçülerek tekrar eden birimlerle oluşturulmuş düzenlemeler üzerinden perspektif yanılsamaları ve belirli bir ışık ve döngüsel hareket kurgusuyla sürekli olarak dönerek sonsuza giden biçimler algısı yaratan düzenlemeler gibi farklı stratejilerin kullanıldığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
Infinity is a concept that has always captivated and intrigued humankind. From ancient times to the present, numerous thinkers, mathematicians, and artists have produced works centered on infinity. This study first provides a general explanation of the concept of infinity and includes the perspectives of key philosophers to facilitate a better understanding. It is known that sculpture incorporates infinity in diverse forms. The concept of infinity, which was discussed in all its aspects in the art proficiency study titled “Formal Projections of The Concept of Infinity in Art of Sculpture”, was emphasized in this research through the studies in which it was included as an illusion, and the strategies used to perceive the concept were examined. The research findings reveal the use of different strategies to create the perception of infinity, such as illusions of infinitely receding images created through mutually arranged mirrors; perspective illusions formed by arrangements using diminishing and repeating units; and configurations that create a perception of forms perpetually rotating towards infinity through specific lighting and cyclical motion setups.
