TÜRK DİLLERİNDE ÖZBEKLER, TATARLAR VE KIRGIZLARA YÖNELİK SÖZ VARLIĞININ DERLENMESİ, TASNİFİ VE TAHLİLİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmada yedi Türk dilinde (Türkiye, Azeri, Kazak, Türkmen, Tatar, Özbek, Kırgız) Özbek, Tatar ve Kırgız Türklerine yönelik kelime veya ifadeler bir araya getirilmiştir. Taramalar neticesinde bu üç Türk kavmine matuf dil ürünlerinin miktarlarıının tespit edilmesi ve aralarında muhkayese yapılabilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Hedeflenen dil malzemesinin bir araya getirilip taranmasında bizatihi bu dillerdeki sözlükler, lugatler ve açık kaynaklar kullanılmıştır. Tespit edilen her bir madde Türkiye Türkçesine aktarılarak karşılığı verilmiştir. Bütün kelime ve maddelerin pozitif, negatif ve tarafsız olarak üçlü bir tür tasnifine gidilmiştir. İkinci olarak bu kelime veya ifadelere 15 alt başlıktan müteşekkil tematik bir tasnife daha gidilmiştir. Tasnifler sonucu hazırlanan altı grafiğin tek tek yorumları yapılmış ve dikkat çeken noktalara temas edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Özbeklere matuf 102, Tatarlarla ilgili 154 ve Kırgızlara yönelik 98 maddenin varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Yedi Türk dilinde yapılan derlemeler neticesinde bu üç Türk kavmine dair 21 adet tablo elde edilmiş ve belli bir sıralamayla çalışmada yer bulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda bu üç Türk kavmine dair kelime veya ifadelerin hangi Türk dilinde türce ve sahaca ne kadar bulunduğu tek tek veya topluca kıyas edilebilir hale gelmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, words or expressions related to Uzbek, Tatar and Kyrgyz Turks in seven Turkic languages (Türkiye, Azeri, Kazakh, Turkmen, Tatar, Uzbek, Kyrgyz) were brought together. As a result of the scans, it was aimed to determine the amount of language products related to these three Turkic tribes and to make comparisons between them. In the collection and scanning of the targeted language material, dictionaries, glossaries and open sources in these languages were used. Each identified item was translated into Turkish and its equivalent was provided. All words and items were classified into three types as positive, negative and neutral. Secondly, a thematic classification consisting of 15 subheadings was made for these words or expressions. The six graphics prepared as a result of the classifications were individually commented on and the remarkable points were touched upon. As a result of the study, 102 items related to Uzbeks, 154 items related to Tatars and 98 items related to Kyrgyzs were determined. As a result of the compilations made in seven Turkish languages, 21 tables were obtained regarding these three Turkish tribes and were included in the study in a certain order. As a result of the study, it became possible to compare the number of words or expressions regarding these three Turkish tribes in which Turkish language, in which genre and in which field.
