Abstract

Krizler örgütlerin hayatında zaman zaman karşılaşılan ve minimum hasarla acil çözüm gerektiren durumlardır. Eğitim örgütleri de diğer örgütler gibi krizlerle yüz yüze gelmekte ve krizden en kısa zamanda başarılı şekilde çıkmanın yollarını aramaktadırlar. Bu noktada eğitim yöneticilerine ve örgütlerine büyük sorumluluk düşmektedir. Kriz gerçekleşmeden önce örgütün normal koşullarındaki halini doğru saptayıp potansiyel krizleri öngörerek, kriz anındaki eylem planını yapmış olmalı, krizi karşılayacak ve başa çıkacak olan personelin uygun biçimde eğitimini uygulamalı olarak sağlamalı ve denetlemeli, acil destek yöntemlerini hazır etmeli, kriz esnasında süreci takım çalışmasına dayanarak maksimum performansla yönetmeli, kriz sonrasında örgütün eski sağlıklı haline dönmesi için çaba harcamalıdırlar. Bu makale bir derleme makalesi olup alanyazında yer alan mevcut çalışmaların özet bir sentezidir.

Abstract

Crises are situations that are encountered from time to time in the life of organizations and require an urgent solution with minimum damage. Educational organizations, like other organizations, face crises and look for ways to successfully get out of the crisis as soon as possible. At this point, educational administrators and organizations have a great responsibility. Before the crisis occurs, the organization must correctly determine the situation in its normal conditions and foresee potential crises, must make an action plan at the time of crisis, provide and supervise the practical training of the personnel who will meet and cope with the crisis, prepare emergency support methods, ensure that the process is carried out with maximum performance based on teamwork during the crisis. They should manage and make efforts to return the organization to its former healthy state after the crisis. This article is a review article and is a summary synthesis of the existing studies in the literature.
