Abstract
Bu çalışmada, örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen bir grup öğrencinin, çiçeğin kısımları ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin, çizim yöntemi ile ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Fen biliminde önemli bir yeri olan çiçeğin kısımları konusunun kavranması konuyla ilintili diğer bazı konuların anlaşılmasında önemli rol oynar. Çalışmada 6. Sınıf öğrencisi 25 kişi ana kütle olarak seçilmiştir. Öğrencilerden çiçeğin kısımları konusunu çizimle ifade etmeleri istenmiştir. Öğrencilerin bu konudaki bilgilerini özgürce ifade edebilmelerini sağlamak için herhangi bir kalıp öne sürülmemiş, her türlü çizimin serbestçe yapılabileceği bir ortam sunulmuştur. Öğrencilere bu uygulama için 30 dakika süre verilmiştir. Öğrencilerin temel kavramlarda algı ve yanılgı eksikliği, bilgi edinme ve bilgi transferinde gerekli temel davranışları kazanmasında bazı olumsuzluklar doğurmaktadır. Bu araştırmada çiçeğin kısımları konusuyla ilgili algılama ve bilgi düzeyleri çizim yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucu, öğrencilerin büyük bir çoğunluğunun bu konuda oldukça yetersiz ve kavram yanılgısına sahip oldukları görülmüştür.

Abstract
This study aims to exhibit the level of knowledge of a group of students - chosen by sampling method - via the drawing method, regarding the sections of the flower. The comprehension of the sections of the flower, which holds an importance place in science, plays a significant role in the understanding of some other related topics. In the study, 25 6th grade students were chosen as the main body. The students were asked to express the flower sections by drawing. In order to enable the free expression of students’ knowledge in this issue, no template was asserted and an environment was provided where every type of drawing could be performed freely. 30 minutes were given to the students for this application. The students’ lack of perception and error in basic concepts, create some negativity regarding the acquisition of basic behaviours needed for the obtaining and transfer of knowledge. In this study, perception and level of knowledge regarding the flower sections were assessed by the drawing method. Consequently, it was seen that the majority of students are considerably insufficient and have conceptual errors.
